Feng Shui also named as “Wind and Water” or “living in harmony with nature” . The theory comes from the Taoist and Ruist philosophies who dominated China for thousand of years. These philosophies say that we are part of the Universe we live in . Mankind should respect Mother Earth and act in accordance with Heaven. We should protect the Environment and cherish it,not destroy it. The Trinity of our being is Heaven …… Man ….. Earth …….! Those Elements will have a impact on us . Wherever we believe it or not . In the earliest years they called it Heaven luck , Man luck , and Earth luck. Translated into our terms it means Time …. Space … Action ….
Do you know the saying … Being in the right place at the right time ?

If you only see one astronomical event this year, make it the November Supermoon, when the Moon will be the closest to Earth it’s been since January 1948.
During the event, which will happen on the eve of November 14, the Moon will appear up to 14 percent bigger and 30 percent brighter than an average full moon. This is the closest the Moon will get to Earth until 25 November 2034, so you really don’t want to miss this one.
As NASA explains, because the Moon has an elliptical orbit, one side – called the perigee – is about 48,280 km (30,000 miles) closer to Earth than the other side (the apogee).
When the Sun, the Moon, and Earth line up as the Moon orbits Earth, that’s known as syzygy (definitely something you want to keep in your back pocket for your next Scrabble match).
When this Earth-Moon-Sun system occurs with the perigee side of the Moon facing us, and the Moon happens to be on the opposite side of Earth from the Sun, we get what’s called a perigee-syzygy.
That causes the Moon to appear much bigger and brighter in our sky than usual, and it’s referred to as a supermoon – or more technically, a perigee moon.
Supermoons aren’t all that uncommon – we just had one on October 16, and after the November 14 super-supermoon, we’ll have another one on December 14.
But because the November 14 Moon becomes full within about 2 hours of perigee, it’s going to look the biggest it has in nearly seven decades.
“The full moon of November 14 is not only the closest full moon of 2016, but also the closest full moon to date in the 21st century,” says NASA. “The full moon won’t come this close to Earth again until 25 November 2034.”
Depending on where you’re viewing it from, the difference between a supermoon and a regular full moon can be stark, or difficult to tell. If the Moon is hanging high overhead, and you have no buildings or landmarks to compare it to, it can be tricky to tell that it’s larger than usual.
But if you’re viewing from a spot where the Moon is sitting closer to the horizon, it can create what’s known as ‘moon illusion’.
“When the moon is near the horizon, it can look unnaturally large when viewed through trees, buildings, or other foreground objects,” says NASA. “The effect is an optical illusion, but that fact doesn’t take away from the experience.”
Here are a couple of supermoon examples:

If you’re planning on viewing the November 14 supermoon, be sure to get somewhere nice and dark, away from the lights of the city, if you can.

You’ll have some awesome opportunities to take pictures with your phone overnight, but if you want to see it at its absolute biggest, it’s expected to reach the peak of its full phase on the morning of November 14 at 8:52am EST (1352 GMT).
For those of you in Australia, you’ll need to wait until November 15 to see it, and the Moon will hit its full phase at 12:52am AEST.

Nothing beats a bright and beautiful “super moon.” Except maybe, three super moons! 2016 ends with a trio of full moons at their closest points to Earth.

Did you know working in an office, counts for more than one-third of our time? We spent at least 8 hours a day in our office or workplace. Most of the time, we have been assigned to a certain space or desk in an office working environment. The work we do each day counts towards our performance. How can we perform if we do not balance the environment we are working in. Unfortunately, we do have little or no influence on our desk position or where we sit. Unless you are a Top paid manager or you work in the upper Management then you are able to choose your Office and arrange to suit you best.
Office Space is getting more and more expensive, to make an office affordable offices today have cubicles and we sit in a very close space together. There is not much room to chose where you want to sit or where your desk is placed. Have you actually thought about even the smallest office space correctly organised and arranged can improve your working environment?
Here are a few tips, to avoid confrontation with Colleagues and misunderstanding. The competition these days is harsh and we can not always avoid conflicts and arguments. Small problems can easily get out of hand, start to bother and working than becomes a real hassle.
1.Move away or eliminate any sharp objects.
2.Do not sit with your back in front of a bookshelf. If you do then have doors on the shelves or cover the books and files. The reason is the books or files pointing at your back acting like sharp knives.
3.Don’t sit with your back to the Door or Window. If you do cover the window with Curtains or Blinds never leave it uncovered. If you sit with your back to the door then use a mirror and put it into a position where you can see who enters the door and approaches you from the back.
One other reason is sitting with your back to the door means you have no support. A colleague can literally be backstabbed you any time over a promotion, salary increase etc.
4. Never sit directly in front of the office door. If you have to sit at an angle, so you can see who enters the door and who is coming towards you.
5.In Feng Shui you have 4 good major directions, sit at least in one of your good direction. You will be surprised how productive you can be sitting in the right direction what enhances your work and energy, instead of draining you the last spark of energy. Have you seen people who work 10 to 12 hours and more a day and still they go nowhere in their career. Place them in a different Direction you can see how quickly they become more productive.
6. Don’t stack your desk with files over files keep your desk clean and organised.
7.Place some objects, on your desk that trigger beautiful memories coming from your heart, when you are stressed or feel pressured. Looking at familiar objects triggers memories and will improve the mood.
We as human are the same as plants if you are in the wrong direction it will drain your energy instead of enhancing your energy to make you as efficient as possible.
If you want to know your four good and four bad directions, sent me a mail and I will send them to you. All I need is your Birthdate, I will also send you a small surprise. I hope you enjoyed this article feel free to comment.
all the best and have a nice day
